Acceptable Use Policy for FlowCRM

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses FlowCRM. It protects our customers, the people in their CRMs and the Service. It forms part of the Customer Terms of Service.

Data you store

Only store personal data you have a lawful basis to process, with the notices and consents the law requires.
Do not store sensitive personal data (such as health, biometric or financial account data) unless your agreement with us allows it.
Do not store content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory or obtained without authorisation.

Email and outreach

Follow anti-spam and electronic marketing laws in every country you send to.
Do not send to purchased or scraped lists without a lawful basis, and honour unsubscribe requests promptly.
Do not disguise who you are or mislead recipients about the purpose of a message.

AI agents

Review agent output before relying on it or sending it to anyone.
Do not use agents to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals without meaningful human review.
Do not use agents to collect information in breach of a website's terms or the law, or to profile individuals unlawfully.

The platform

Do not probe, scan or test the Service for vulnerabilities without our written permission.
Do not interfere with the Service, overload it, or bypass usage limits, seat types or access controls.
Do not share accounts, resell access, or use the Service to build a competing product.
Do not upload malware or use the Service for phishing or fraud.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected breaches, remove content, suspend accounts or end access, proportionate to the breach, and will give notice where we reasonably can. Report suspected abuse through the privacy request form.
