This Cookie Policy explains how Cyberarcmsp Consulting Services uses cookies and similar technologies on flowcrm.si (the "Site"). It should be read with our Privacy Policy.

What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage and session storage, keep small pieces of information on your device in the same way. First-party cookies are set by us; third-party cookies are set by service providers, such as Google.

Essential storage (always on)

These are needed for the Site to work and do not track you across sites:

"flowcrm-consent" (local storage, kept until you change it): records whether you accepted or rejected analytics, so we do not ask on every page.
"flowcrm-thanks" (session storage, deleted when you close the tab): your first name after you submit a form, so the thank-you page can greet you.

Analytics cookies (only with your consent)

If you click "Accept", we load Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to understand how visitors use the Site. Before you choose, and if you click "Reject", Google Analytics does not load at all. We never enable advertising or ad personalisation.

"_ga" (Google, up to 2 years): distinguishes visitors.
"_ga_<container-id>" (Google, up to 2 years): keeps the state of a session.

Other third-party requests

Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of the request. When you submit a form, Formspree receives and delivers it. Neither sets cookies on the Site for advertising.

Your choices

Cookie settings: use "Cookie settings" in the Site footer at any time to accept or reject analytics. Rejecting removes the Google Analytics cookies we set.
Browser settings: most browsers let you block or delete cookies and site data. The Site still works with essential storage blocked, though it will ask for your cookie choice on every visit.
Google's opt-out: Google offers a browser add-on that blocks Google Analytics on all websites.

Changes

If we change the cookies we use, we will update this policy and its date, and ask for your consent again where the law requires it.
