Migration questions
Can I migrate from HubSpot?
Yes. Export your data from HubSpot, map it to FlowCRM objects and stages, validate, and import. Guided onboarding adds help with each step.
Is CSV import available?
The self-serve import wizard for Sheets, CSV and HubSpot is in build (Soon) and included in every plan when it ships. Until then, guided onboarding imports your data for you.
What does guided onboarding cost?
Guided onboarding is $600 one-time one-time. It covers mapping, validation, migration and training with a FlowCRM specialist. It is optional; there is no mandatory setup fee.
Will I lose my history?
What carries across depends on what your current CRM can export. We will tell you before you commit what can and cannot move.
How long does a migration take?
It depends on data size and how much cleanup is needed. Tell us your record volume and desired date in the form and we will respond with a realistic plan.
