How pooled agent runs work, and what happens at the limit

AI agent usage in FlowCRM is metered per seat but shared across the company. A plain explanation of runs, the pooled allowance and what happens at the limit.

A run is the unit

When an AI agent completes a task in FlowCRM, that counts as one agent run. There are no separate credits to convert and no hidden multipliers: the unit you are allowed is the unit you use. If you are new to agents, start with what a research agent actually does.

Allowance per seat, pooled for the company

Every plan includes a number of runs per seat: 100 on Starter, 300 on Team, 600 on Business, 1,000 on Enterprise. The allowance is added together into one company-wide pool.

That matters in practice. A rep who barely uses agents does not waste their allowance, and a team that leans on agents for a busy quarter can draw on the whole pool.

AI is not unlimited

We say this plainly because many pricing pages do not. When the pool is used up, new agent runs pause or queue. Your data and records stay fully accessible, and nothing is deleted.

If you need more headroom without changing plan, you can add a pack of 5,000 runs per month to the pool for $119 per month per pack.

Estimating your own usage

Start by counting the repetitive tasks you would hand to an agent in a week, multiply by the number of people doing them, then compare with the pool for your plan. Treat the first month as a measurement rather than a forecast.
